Minas Hill is once again bringing something new to Sydney. In the cupping session you will be presented to some of the most contemporary coffee processing methods in Brazil and we will also discuss coffee chemistry!
In the cup you will find micro-lots from farmer and friend Ismael Andrade, the 2018 Brazil Cup of Excellence champion. Ismael is experimenting and innovating in coffee processing and several of his coffees will be on the table. On top of the cupping there will be presentation on coffee chemistry from quality control consultant James Davison, a chemical engineer that knows, roasts and loves coffee. It will be an evening with great coffee and interesting discussions.
